What to include
To get the fastest possible response, please include in your first message:
- The URL of the article, review or page your message is about.
- A short summary of the issue or request.
- Any supporting information: screenshots, error messages, device / OS version.
- For legal or DMCA notices: all elements required by the relevant law (see our DMCA page).
Response times
Under normal load we aim for the following response times:
- Reader feedback and questions: within 48 hours.
- Corrections and editorial complaints: within 24 hours, acted on within 72 hours.
- DMCA notices: 1–3 business days.
- Advertising inquiries: within 5 business days.
Response times can slow during holidays, product launches or unusual traffic spikes. If you have not heard back within a week, please resend and add “Second attempt” to the subject line.
Security & abuse reports
If you have found a security issue affecting our Site — an XSS, a broken authentication flow, exposed data — please contact [email protected] with the subject line “Security report”. Do not exploit the issue and do not disclose it publicly until we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and fix. We appreciate responsible disclosure and are happy to publicly credit finders who prefer that.
Reports of active malware served through our advertising partners are prioritised and typically acted on within hours.
What we cannot help with
MODENU is an editorial publisher, not a support desk for third-party games or apps. We cannot recover your Roblox account, restore your Spotify Premium subscription, unban you from GTA V Online or refund a purchase you made in a mobile game. For those issues, please contact the publisher of the app or game directly.

For press inquiries and certified mail, please contact [email protected] to request our current registered address. We do not publish it on this page to reduce the volume of unsolicited postal mail we receive.
Working hours & language
The editorial team works Monday to Friday, roughly 09:00–19:00 UTC+1 (Casablanca). Weekend messages are read on Monday. We reply in English by default and can also handle Arabic and French; other languages get a best-effort translation but may take longer.
Please keep first messages concise — three or four short paragraphs is usually enough. If we need more detail, we will ask. Please do not send the same message to multiple inboxes; it creates duplicate tickets and slows everyone down.
Media & interview requests
For interviews, podcast appearances, background briefings or expert quotes on the MOD APK ecosystem, please contact [email protected] with the subject line “Press — [your outlet]” and a short description of the topic and deadline. We do our best to help journalists working to a tight schedule and are happy to provide non-attributable background where useful.
Job & contributor applications
We hire slowly and sparingly. When roles open we announce them in the newsletter and on our social channels. Freelance contributor pitches are always welcome and should go to [email protected] with two writing samples and a proposed topic. Please do not send generic CVs; we prefer specific pitches tied to a title or a category we cover.
Accessibility
We work to make modenu.com usable for readers who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, high-contrast modes or text-scaling. If any part of the site is inaccessible to you — an image without alt text, a form field without a proper label, a colour combination that fails contrast checks — please write to [email protected] with the subject line “Accessibility”. We treat accessibility reports as high-priority bugs and typically fix them within a week.
